ReelFactory Influencer Program

Welcome to ReelFactory

By participating in the ReelFactory Influencer Program, you agree to the terms below. Please read them carefully before creating content or promoting any applications through our platform.

1. Program overview

  • • Participation is voluntary and invitation-based.
  • • You receive a branded @reelfactoryai.com email for professional use.
  • • You'll create authentic content promoting our partner mobile apps.
  • • Compensation is performance-based and subject to our review.

2. Content guidelines

Required
  • Original, high-quality content
  • Platform-specific best practices
  • FTC disclosure (#ad, #sponsored)
  • Use approved campaign briefs
  • Professional brand representation
  • Post within campaign timeframes
Prohibited
  • Misleading or false claims
  • Copying other creators' content
  • Fake followers or engagement
  • Promoting competitor apps
  • Violating platform guidelines
  • Creating content while intoxicated

3. Platform requirements

TikTok
  • • Hook in first 3 seconds
  • • Use trending sounds when relevant
  • • Include app demo
  • • Clear #ad disclosure
Instagram
  • • Use branded content tools
  • • #sponsored in caption
  • • Tag @reelfactoryai when appropriate
  • • Share to feed and stories
YouTube
  • • Verbal disclosure at start
  • • Link in description
  • • Use paid promotion disclosure
  • • Detailed app walkthrough

4. Compensation & payments

Important payment terms
  • Participation does not guarantee payment — all payouts subject to performance review.
  • ReelFactory reserves the right to deny payouts at our discretion.
  • Payments process monthly for approved campaigns only.
  • Minimum payout threshold: $50.
  • Tax reporting is the creator's responsibility.

5. IP & content rights

  • Your content: you retain ownership of original creative content.
  • Campaign materials: ReelFactory provides briefs, guidelines, and promo materials for your use.
  • App promotion: you grant ReelFactory permission to share and feature your promotional content.
  • Brand assets: logos and assets are limited to approved promotional activities.

6. FTC compliance

Disclosure requirements
  • Use #ad, #sponsored, or "Paid partnership" clearly.
  • Place disclosures at the start of captions and verbally when possible.
  • Make disclosures platform-appropriate and visible.
  • Follow all local and federal advertising laws.

7. Account & email usage

  • Your @reelfactoryai.com email is for influencer activities.
  • Use it for social account verification.
  • Check your inbox regularly for updates and codes.
  • Maintain account security and report unauthorized access.
  • Email forwarding may be monitored for security/support.

8. Modifications & termination

ReelFactory rights
  • Modify terms with 30 days notice
  • Suspend or terminate program any time
  • Remove creators for violations
  • Adjust compensation structures
Creator rights
  • Exit with 30 days written notice
  • Receive final payment for approved work
  • Retain ownership of original content
  • Request data deletion upon exit

9. Privacy & data

  • ReelFactory collects performance data to track campaigns.
  • Personal info is protected per our Privacy Policy.
  • Email communications may be logged for support.
  • You may request access or deletion as permitted by law.
